Awesome place. I will visit again. Very relaxing and pretty inside. Very friendly people and they do great work.
The place is located amidst the nature but they don't deliver what they advertise.
Horrible. For Christmas I got my husband s couples massage with me. I confirmed 4 tines, over emails, phone, text. Assured me all was well. We waited15 minutes past our appointment time lady comes in and says can't reach Jessica who was the one who booked appt. Finally teaches her and says she was sleeping and will be another 15 to 20 minute wait longer. My husband wanted to just leave but I insisted he at least go. Jessica came strolling in, 45 minutes late looking a mess and reeking is cigarette smoke. Ruined my Christmas gift on a day that I found out my cancer had returned. Never go here.
With such great location,if they deliver what they promise,it would definitely attract more people.
Was very disappointed this year. We have our milestones anniversary here and always experience a romantic getaway with the whirlpool,massage and rain forest shower. This year is our 20th they called the day of and said they move and then didnt even explained the changes and was going to charge us the same for the massage only.I am glad I ask questions. When we cancelled they didn’t even act like they care and no apologies. I’ve been in customer service for 23yrs and this is very poor customer service. Definitely not your small town charm.No one else has the whirlpool and rain forest shower. And why didn’t they tell my husband this when he set this all up 3weeks ago to surprise me for our 20th.
Me and my husband got a couple's package of spa and massage which included Hydrotherapy soak,relaxing massage and facial enjoying the views of brown county. The Hydrotherapy and the massages we're good (not excellent) but the facials were given on the massage table itself(in a dark room with no views whatsoever). Also we booked a package that said 150 mins of relaxation,but the whole thing was quickly wrapped up in around 2 hrs (half Hour of billing and payment maybe
My friends and I stayed in brown county for my birthday and the trio had one bad thing happen after the next, our first cabin lost power then we were moved to a cabin without power. We already had a spa day planned but Ethereal Spa really stepped up and turned the weekend around. My friend and I did a package with 30 min in the hot tub and then an hour massage. We got wine with hot tub and then a waterfall shower after the massage. Everyone there was kind and helpful and did a wonderful job on all of their services plus it was affordable. Even though this is a spa in a small town, they made you feel like a million bucks . Would definitely recommend. And will go back!!
