Do not take your vehicle here! If you do get everything in writing before they begin work and do not pay cash in advance if they ask you to. I went in with a simple vacuum leak, spent $1,150.00 and I still have a vacuum leak. Their master mechanic, Josh, is a liar and a thief. He is lining his pockets whenever someone pays in cash and lying to both his boss and the customers. I still haven't heard from the owner Victoria so I've decided to leave this review today. Even if they wanted to fix it for free I wouldn't let them touch my vehicle. I've been going to Spencer's for over 15 years. I trusted them, and they took advantage of me. Dave needs to get his name off that building before word really gets out about their new operation.
I recently visited Spencer's automotive. I had a great experience! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with my car. It is running in top condition now. I was thankful for the nice people. I am told they are under new management and I would say they are doing a great job!
