I bought a $3 car coaster from here that broke the very day I bought it. I live out of town, so I put it in a bag with the receipt and the next time I returned I asked the lady if she could just exchange it for a new one. She stated that return policy is 14 days and would not just exchange it. She lost a customer over $3! Was rude and I wouldn't shop here ever again.
The owner was very friendly and informative. We bought three puzzle piece picture frames and can't wait to go back for more.
