Great area, and one of the few left, somewhat remote, local properties are around, but the hiking trail are nice. Love it here!
Beautifully wooded paradise! Several types of camping areas for tents and campers ( no electricity hook ups). Big shelter house with lake views, ample clean restrooms and great trails. It's so quiet and serene! And with a small playground near the shelter house, it's a great place for family camping.
Great for our kayaks, nice crowd we ran into, and free entrance. The road with two creeks that we drove through to get there was super cool!! Please drive safely and slowly, there are houses with children
This is one of the best and most beautiful state forests in Indiana. It's very sad they are raping it by logging without any regard for anything but money. When will they learn?
Great place to hike! Free to get in which is amazing. Camping is cheap and they have some amazing spots!!
