It brakes my heart that the same place that owns the Franklin animal clinic now owns Bean Blossom. We recently to our cat into the Franklin clinic due to sudden health problems. They were able to do a x ray and find out she had a tumor that was causing the problem. From there they talked my husband into a bunch of treatments that we found out later were in no way going to help her, it would just confirm what we already knew; that she needed to be put down. She ended up suffering for two days and now I have a dead cat and a bill over a thousand dollars. I guess their family's will be having a nice Christmas, I know my kids sure won't.
I have been coming here since I can remember with Dr. Brester. Since he has retired I have only been into the clinic twice. I love the clinic and am thankful for them but when I went the second time I was charged more "an office fee" for the exact same thing I had done two weeks prior when I was NOT charged an office fee. I'm aware charging an office fee is required per the new owners but when the prices differ for the same thing only a few weeks between that makes me very anxious. I would like to know what to expect for "fees". If there are set rules and that applies every time that would be nice. I'm lucky I had the extra money on me to cover the unexpected fee.

Just there 2 weeks ago and its the best vet ever! Been going there for years and the girls at the desk are so sweet along with the new vets. Prices are def affordable for anyone! Def recommend to anyone.
Very satisfied with animal handling. Dr. talks my language to understand whats going on. Very detailed in diagnosis of problems and action to help heal and work around what nots going to heal. ! Last month , all is great!
This is a wonderful place, Dr. Mills and his, staff are very kind and will go out of their way to help you. I live in Bloomington and I will drive to Dr. Mills office whenever my dog needs anything. Can't say enough good things about them
