This place is awesome! There's not much else I can add that other reviewers haven't mentioned. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they take the time to make sure you're on the right horse. Zeb was our guide and he was great. I definitely recommend this place!
Schooner Valley is so great! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. We got there early and fed the horses snacks, and my girls even helped prepare some snacks with the staff. We had our dog with us, and they didn't mind at all him roaming around with us, and they gave us a rope to the him under a shady tree while we were riding. There horses are beautiful animals. My daughters are 4 and 6, and had an absolute blast! My 4-year-old rode with me, while the 6-year-old was on her own. This was her first time riding on her own and she did great. The guide was extremely friendly, fun and helpful for her. We got to trot the horses several times, which was super exciting for the kids. I can't say enough about how much fun we had and how great Schooner Valley Stable is! Go here. You will not be disappointed.
We took a group of 9 with us and 6 of them we're kids and alot of us have never been on a horse before. I would like to give our guide Stew a special thank you for being so patient and doing such a wonderful job with our group. We had a 5 yr. Old that was a little difficult and he was absolutely amazing with her. Everyone there was so friendly. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
Best! Time! Ever! The people there are super friendly, know their horses (45!) and the trails are beautiful. They did trot and canter, but if you're not very skilled, they manage it that these riders have fun too without trotting or canter. I will come back for sure, despite the 2 hour drive! Thank you for an amazing time, Schooner crew!!
it was great fun for my daughter & me! awesome staff & guides.. very knowledgeable about each horse's personality & very caring toward all the horses .. several dogs freely roaming they were all friendly! Loved the trails they are the BEST!!! They offer a variety of rides no experience to pro... & from slow to run .. absolutely plan to return annually and telling all my friends & family!! ❤️
